Terms & Conditions
Prices & Arrangements: Quoted program price includes planning, handling and operational charges and is based on current rates of exchange, fees, tariffs and taxes. iTravelCE, LLC (“iTravelCE”) reserves the right to increase the program price to cover increases in costs, fees, tariffs and taxes received after the price is published, to reflect changes in exchange rates and to correct an error in the advertised price prior to your departure. iTravelCE is under no obligation to provide a breakdown of program costs.
Payment: For registration on or before March 31, 2017, $1,000 for the CE Registration Fee and $2,500 for the first payment of the Program Price is required at the time booking is requested; and a $2,000 second payment of the Program Price is due by May 31, 2017. For registration on or after May 1, 2017, $1,000 for the Regular CE Registration Fee and $4,500 for the full Program Price (or $6,000 for single) is required at the time booking is requested. Late payments and returned checks are subject to a $50 fee per booking. Late payments may cause cancellation of your booking and charges will apply.
Travel Documents: Valid passport is required for international travel, and valid government issued photo ID is required for U.S. domestic air travel. For international travel, the name on your airline ticket and your passport must match. Visas in advance of travel are required for Americans traveling to China and other countries. Contact the foreign embassy for details. Passport must be valid for six (6) months after the return of your journey and should also have sufficient blank pages for visas and immigration stamps. Passport, visa and other documentation is your responsibility and cost. iTravelCE cannot be held responsible should you be denied entry to a country due to non-compliance with these requirements. A copy of your valid passport, date of birth and gender must be submitted to iTravelCE in order to confirm air reservations. No refunds can be offered to individuals without required documents.
Transportation: Occasionally the air, cruise and/or bus schedule or travel delays require an overnight at your departure airport or en route. This is at your expense. Passengers originating from different cities, or traveling with other passengers, may not be confirmed on the same flights. If you extend your stay, transportation to/from the airport is not included for the extended portion. Extended stays (if available) should be booked as soon as possible, and extra charges apply. Additional changes or requests within 90 days will result in higher charges.
Refunds: Cancellations received by iTravelCE on or before March 31, 2017 will be subject to a $1,000 cancellation fee with respect to the Program and a $500 cancellation fee with respect to the CE Registration. No refund will be given after March 31, 2017. Refunds are not made for any missed services or if you leave the program early. Travel insurance is recommended, but not included in the program price. All cancellations must be in writing to our office and are effective as of the first normal business day received by mail or email. Air tickets/vouchers must be returned.
Note: If you purchase any optional tours, deviations, special arrangements, non-refundable air tickets, or insurance, these are not covered by the refund policy and are not refundable or transferable from the time
Special Requests: Special requests such as adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding requests, and special dietary needs or allergies should be advised at the time booking is requested. Commercially reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate special requests, but special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Active Elements & Disabilities: Some active elements have been incorporated into the program. To enjoy the program as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. Please consult your physician for pre-departure health advice. iTravelCE will require notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members involved in the program. iTravelCE reserves the right to decline acceptance of anyone whom it considers unsuitable due to fitness level. iTravelCE also reserves the right to remove from the program, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose condition is such that it could create a hazard to him or herself or others, or whose behavior is disruptive or abusive. You are responsible for being mindful of your own condition and health and participating in activities only to the extent is safe for you. Commercially reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate all needs, but special requests cannot be guaranteed. iTravelCE regrets that it cannot provide individual assistance to a guest for walking, dining or other personal needs. Guests needing such assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will assist them. We regret that the international itinerary cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. If you have a disability and require assistance when traveling, notify us ASAP.
Photography and Video During the Program: iTravelCE may use photographs or video taken by fellow travelers or iTravelCE personnel during the program for print, internet and other media promotional purposes. By booking a program with iTravelCE, participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs or video. If you prefer that your image not be used in any marketing activities, please notify us at the start of the program.
Airline Tickets: It is your responsibility to make arrangements to/from our gateway, connecting or departure/arrival city. Be aware that times and gateway, connection, departure, or arrival cities are subject to change. We are not responsible for any charges or claims due to such changes.
Baggage: Baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the program, and iTravelCE is not responsible for and does not assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage to baggage or personal effects, whether due to breakage, theft, wear & tear or other reasons. Travel insurance is recommended to cover these eventualities. Baggage restrictions may apply on international and domestic flights. Please confirm with air carriers for baggage restrictions applicable to your flights.
Note: Airline, cruise line, coach and routing are subject to change or deletion without notice. Regional airports are used interchangeably. Changes may be made to the order of events, and iTravelCE is not responsible for personal arrangements affected, including possible additional costs or cancellation for optional deviations that you arrange with or without our involvement.
Consumer Disclosure Notice: Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully, as your deposit payment on a program signifies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and the general information contained in the website and pre-departure passenger documentation. These programs are arranged by iTravelCE, LLC. It has made the travel arrangements as agent for the transportation carriers and other suppliers (SUPS) of services connected with the tour, all of which are independent contractors. iTravelCE in no way owns or operates the vehicles or facilities to be used during the trip, and does not guarantee performance by, or assume responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of SUPS, their employees, agents, contractors, etc. iTravelCE is not liable for any act or omission of any such person or entity or third person. In addition, and without limitation, iTravelCE is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force, flood, shallow water, weather conditions, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation, or for failure of any transportation means to arrive or depart on time. There are inherent risks in travel of the type involved here, which can lead to illness, injury or even death. These risks are increased by the fact that portions of this program take place in remote locations, far from medical facilities. Traveler assumes all such risks associated with participating in this program. All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions imposed by SUPS and iTravelCE, including, but not limited to, the airline, cruise line, rail, coach, hotel, restaurants, insurance and other companies, firms or persons concerned with the trip. iTravelCE will make no refund in the event of their delay, cancellations, overbooking or downgrading of services, strike, force majeure or for elements of the program not used by customer. If there is a difference between iTravelCE conditions and those published by a SUP, the conditions of SUP shall apply. Price quoted is per two people, assuming double occupancy. iTravelCE reserves the right to cancel a program, change the itinerary or adjust rates whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if iTravelCE deems it necessary for your comfort, convenience or safety. Programs outside the USA require a valid U.S. passport or other acceptable forms of citizenship proof. You are responsible for, and release iTravelCE from, passport, visa, vaccination requirements and safety conditions in travel destinations. iTravelCE strongly recommends you purchase appropriate travel/medical/baggage/cancellation insurance for the program. For vaccination and other medical information, refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website at www.cdc.gov/travel or call 800-232-4636. It is the responsibility of the traveler to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U.S. State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov or by phone at 888-407-4747. In the event of an active State Department Travel Warning against travel to the specific destination location(s) of the program, should the traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, the traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of events such as those advised or warned against.

In calculating the cost of your program, iTravelCE has relied on your consent to these terms, and in the absence of this release, the program cost would have been higher.
